Day 1:  Johannesburg (OR Tambo International Airport) to Nelspruit (BB)
A representative from Kruger South Safaris will meet you at the OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.  Please keep a look out for a paging board with your names on.  Guests already in Johannesburg will be met at the bus & coach terminal (most Hotels close to the airport offer complimentary shuttle bussed to/from airports' bus & coach terminal).  You will proceed towards Nelspruit, capital of Mpumalanga Province, and gateway to the Kruger National Park South region.  Afternoon at leisure.  Dinner (own account) can be enjoyed at Orange restaurant on the premises.  Orange is a sleek wood glass and steal restaurant with balcony offering fine dining plus panoramic city views.

Day 2:  Kruger National Park (BB,D)
Your Safari guide will collect you from your Guest House in an Open Safari Vehicle at 08h30 after breakfast and check out from where you will head towards one of nearby entrance gates into the world famous Kruger National Park.  After obtaining the necessary permutations at the gate your adventure will start in earnest.  The entire day is set aside for game viewing whilst continuously heading up North through the Park towards your overnight destination.  A lunch stop (own account) will be made during the course of the day at a picnic spot/rest camp en-route.  You will arrive at Satara Rest Camp (or similar) shortly before gate closing time, check in to your bungalow and freshen up before dinner.  A BBQ dinner (included) will be prepared by your guide over the coals for you to enjoy (weather permitting).

Day 3:  Kruger National Park (BB,D)
Early morning wake-up call followed by tea/coffee/snacks before check out and departure heading out on Safari.  The entire day has been set aside for game viewing and today you will head North from Satara through the Kruger National Park.  Two stops will be made for breakfast (included) and lunch (own account) en-route.  Check in upon arrival at Olifants Rest Camp (or similar) late afternoon where you will be spending the night.  Dinner (included) will be prepared by your guide at your bungalow (weather permitting).

Day 4:  Kapama Private Game Reserve (BB,L,D)
Check out and departure after breakfast (included).  You will start heading back down South today game viewing along the way, searching for those creatures that still elude you...Around 11h00 you will exit the Park and your guide will head towards Kapama Private Game Reserve and assist with check in at Kapama River Lodge.  At around 03h30pm, everyone gathers for a decadent high tea, before heading out with your ranger and tracker for the afternoon game drive through the reserve.  En route, you'll stop for a sundowner drink and you will have a chance to stretch your legs as you watch the sun set over the distant Drakensberg mountains.  As darkness falls, the nocturnal animals of the bush come out.  The skilled tracker will scan the landscape using a spotlight, which illuminates animals' eyes.  A variety of completely different species can be seen on the night drive back to the lodge.  Arrival at the lodge is usually around 7pm, allowing some time to freshen up before enjoying a sumptuous dinner.

Day 5:  Kapama Private Game Reserve (BB,L,D)
The day starts with an early wake-up call between 5am and 05h30am.  Tea, coffee and rusks are enjoyed together before heading out at first light.  While seeing big game is always exhilarating, there are many other smaller species that are also captivating, and birding enthusiasts will be delighted at the approximately 350 species of birds recorded on the reserve.  Halfway through the game drive, there's a stop for hot drinks and snacks, before returning to the lodge at around 9am for a full breakfast.  Throughout the day, it's likely you will see wildlife around the lodge - nyala antelope and vervet monkeys are frequent visitors, though seeing some of the Big Five is also not uncommon.  Lunch is served at 13h00.  Afternoon program starts at 03h30pm.

Day 6:  Moholoholo Forest Camp (BB,L,D)
Around 11h00 after the morning program at Kapama a representative from Kruger South Safaris will collect you from reception from where you will proceed to Moholoholo ("The Very Great One") for an experience of a lifetime.  A light lunch will be served upon arrival whilst a visit to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre is on the program for the afternoon.  A visit to the Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre is an unforgettable experience.  A wide variety of birds and animals can be seen here, where Brian Jones and his team nurses and nurtures the injured and orphaned, rehabilitating them for release back into the wild.  Guided Tours through the centre brings visitors in close contact with rare and uncommen species such as the large Crowned and Martial Eagles, Owls, Vultures and a variety of raptors, Serval, Duiker, Lions, Leopard, Wild Dog, Hyena, and many others.  A stay at Moholoholo Forest Camp is inclusive of a visit to the Rehabilitation Centre, Night Drive after dinner, guided walk and full accommodation.

Day 7:  Hoedspruit to Johannesburg (OR Tambo International Airport) (BB)
Check out and departure at 08h30 after breakfast.  Full Day Tour of South Africa's famous Panorama Route, where you'll experience mountains, sky, forests and the truly impressive Blyde River Canyon, one of the world's largest canyons...one breathtaking view after another!  Late afternoon you will start heading back to Johannesburg.  Your Kruger South Safaris representative will ensure you are back in the city at the OR Tambo International Airport at least 3 hours before your departing flight.  END OF SERVICES >>>
